Meet the Psychiatrists: Getting to Know You

Pediatric primary care providers are increasingly providing behavioral health care to children. To help with this reality, the Florida Behavioral Health Collaborative Pediatric Hotline (1-866-487-9507) aims to connect providers with board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrists and care coordinators to discuss the presentation of symptoms and choose a treatment option that best suits the needs of the child. The USF-Health child and adolescent psychiatrists, who answer the Hotline, discuss the benefits of the Hotline and answer questions from pediatric primary care providers.
