About
In collaboration with state partners, the Florida Department of Health’s Title V Program has created the Florida Pediatric Mental Health Collaborative. The goals of the Collaborative is to increase timely access to pediatric behavioral health services including care coordination and availability of community resources. Each behavioral health hub (BHH) works directly with its local pediatric primary care providers to provide skill training in diagnosing and treating youth with behavioral health conditions.
The Florida Program for Behavioral Health Improvements and Solutions at USF is one of seven BHHs throughout Florida to participate in the Collaborative and offers telepsychiatry services and quarterly trainings to pediatric providers within its catchment area of fourteen counties (see map below).
